  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all information is correct.
  • When will an "out of stock" item restock?
    We try our best to keep items in stock, but our mango babes love our products. However, we restock as quickly as possible. Be sure to sign up for our email restock alerts for your favorite product(s). When the item is back in stock, you’ll be amongst the first to know.
  • My package is missing, who do I contact?
    We're sorry that you didn't receive your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact UPS immediately regarding this matter.
  • I received a damaged product, what should I do?
    If you received a damaged product, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. Be sure to provide your order number and a photo of the damaged product(s).
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of processing, when placed before 12pm, Monday-Friday. Most orders are processed within 24 hours but can take up to 72 hours.
  • How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
    All orders placed on our website will ship for free.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to accommodate our international mango babes.
  • I'm not happy with this product, can I return it?
